Thatcher and I went to a birthday party where there were tons of kids and lots of babies. My friend and I often comment that these two boys have a special bond since they were both deployment babies and we did the centering program (group baby doctor appointments) together. Thatcher loves being around people, especially older children. He loves it so much that he was the disruptive kid at a baptism. Every time this boy Joshua looked or came near Thatcher, he started laughing, giggling, screaming and kicking his legs with excitement.
I've been working on growing out my hair. It's getting long enough for a french braid tucked in. My motivation for getting it long is to do more braids and upstyling.
Ryan's at JRTC (training down in Louisiana) for a month. Even though he's miles away he still makes me laugh. I had a frustrating day and when I texted him, asking him what he was doing, he replied, "watching Fievel Goes West." It brought a whole bunch of laughter thinking of this strong soldier watching a cartoon Fievel.
love the braid, broni! i've been growing my hair out too, and having a blast with what i find on pinterest. :) love your comment about the Puj Tub - that's actually how I envisioned making a turtle shell out of foam anyway, how funny! maybe my in-laws have a defective extra i can use.... :)
