R&BKing

Our spare room has really just become the "don't know where to put something, put here" room. We've been trying to clean it and get it organized. We even bought plastic bins. One day of determination came to tackle the room.  About an hour later the room was messier then when we started and it lead us to lay down on the floor and cool off with the fan! The room is still a work in progress.

We went on a date, to the drive in.  It was great!  We saw Toy Story 3 (highly recommend everyone to see) and Prince of Persia.  One of the best parts of the date was our treats...we loaded up on chips, soda and candy. Ryan calls it a junk food picnic!

Cute story...My friend asked me to cut her hair. I told her I'd love to. Then she asked if Ryan would be home. I said, "he should be."  Then she said, "good, because Liam (her 4 year old son) wants to play with Ryan!"  So today Ryan had his little friend come over and they played with the army men and toy helicopters we have.

Ryan's birthday. He was most excited for his "no bake cake". p.s. he blew the candles out with his nose...gross!

We are one crazy couple...we love adventures!!!

We woke up at 2:30 in the morning, took 3 flights and had lots of peanuts and soft drinks to make it to our destination, Florence, Kentucky. In Kentucky we got to participate in a great event, TJ's and Emily's wedding. Ryan was the best man. Good thing I was there, he almost forgot about his responsbility of giving the toast!  He did a great job, even got compliments on it.  We had a wonderful trip and got a little jealous that we had to leave the trees and green grass, something we miss seeing out here in the desert.

Sometimes it's easier to make the bed with the man in it then get him out of bed!

Temperatures are quickly rising here. We've already hit 103 degrees and it's only the beginning of June. The air conditioner is going, fans are blowing and the freeze pops are getting eaten!
